OFFER AGREEMENT
1) General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes a public offer by self-employed individual Kirill Pavlovich Filippov (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) for the provision of informational and consulting services.
1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by the Customer shall be deemed to occur upon payment for the Contractor’s services via bank transfer through the Faster Payments System (SBP) using the payment details provided by the Contractor.
1.3. From the moment the Offer is accepted, the agreement between the Contractor and the Customer shall be considered concluded.
2) Description of Services
2.1. The Contractor provides the following services:
— conducting training chess games with the Customer using a pre-agreed time control;
— analysis of the Customer’s games (including games played online or offline);
— analysis of opening variations selected by the Customer.
2.2. The specific scope, format, and content of the services shall be determined by the description of the relevant service on the Contractor’s website and/or through correspondence between the parties.
2.3. The services are intellectual and consulting in nature and are based on the Contractor’s professional opinion.
3) Procedure for Providing Services
3.1. Services are provided individually after payment has been received.
3.2. Access to materials, as well as the performance of analysis and training games, is carried out manually by the Contractor.
3.3. The timeframes for providing services are agreed individually or follow from the service description on the website.
4) Pricing and Payment Procedure
4.1. The cost of services is specified on the Contractor’s website.
4.2. Payment is made by transferring funds via the Faster Payments System (SBP) to the Contractor’s phone number.
4.3. Services are provided exclusively on the basis of full prepayment. The Contractor begins providing services only after receiving 100% payment.
5) Refund Policy
5.1. Payment for services is final and non-refundable.
5.2. Exceptions may be made solely at the Contractor’s discretion on an individual basis.
6) Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Contractor provides services based on professional experience and analysis but does not guarantee the achievement of specific results, including but not limited to: an increase in chess rating, improvement in playing strength, or achievement of competitive results.
6.2. The Customer understands and agrees that the outcome of the services depends on multiple factors beyond the Contractor’s control, including the Customer’s level of preparation, independent practice, and individual characteristics.
6.3. The Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect consequences arising from the use of recommendations received as part of the services provided.
7) Final Provisions
7.1. The Customer confirms that, prior to payment, they have reviewed the terms of this Offer and accept them in full.
7.2. The Contractor reserves the right to amend this Offer without prior notice. The new version shall enter into force from the moment it is published on the website.
